
This chocolate fountain at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, Nevada is simply a delicious sight to look at. It is 8.2 meter (27 feet) above ground, from the ceiling. Designed by award-winning pastry chef Jean Philippe Maury of Jean Philippe Patisserie, it took a year and a half in planning and design alone.
The entire chocolate fountain displays a series of melted white, dark and milk chocolate. Over 952.5kg (2,100 pounds) of tasty melted chocolate circulates throughout the fountain at a rate of 113.5 litre (120 quart) per minute. The entire fountain is enclosed by a glass wall so you won't be able to get a taste of the chocolate.
