Sanchih Shell Temple (三芝贝壳庙) is located in the township of Sanchih (三芝), north of Taipei county. This temple is dedicated to the Living Buddha Ji Gong.

Taipei 101 since its opening in 2004, has become a modern icon of Taiwan. Also known as Taipei Financial Center, there are 101 floors above ground, 5 floors underground and designed to withstand typhoon and earthquake. There is also a shopping mall adjoining the tower that comprises of hundreds of fashion outlets, restaurants and clubs.
