Ice Hotel
An ice hotel has opened in the ice village of Alpha Resort Tomamu, on Hokkaidō, Japan. Much like the ice hotel of Sweden, the living room, bathrooms and bed rooms are all made from ice. Every meal and drinks is served on ice plates and ice glasses.
Staying in a ice hotel definitely isn't for everyone as you will need to be able to handle the cold. You will have to be properly dressed for sleep and it will cost $696 (80,000 yen) to spend a night for two people.
