Heaven Lake is located atop the Changbai and Baekdudaegan mountain range. This crater lake lies on the border between Jilin province, China and Ryanggang province, North Korea. Heaven Lake is at an altitude of 2,189.1 meter (7,182 feet) and spans an area of 9.82 km² (3.79 sq mi).
